People who are hurt on the job, mistreated at work or injured in an accident deserve clear, honest information about their rights, in their own language, and a fast way to reach an attorney if they want one. Law firms deserve advertising that is exclusive, transparent and built to stay on the right side of California's rules.

So we keep it simple. We publish free guides and run the advertising. When someone asks to be contacted, we deliver that inquiry to one participating firm that handles that kind of matter in their county and language. The firm pays a fixed advertising fee for the inquiry and nothing else. There is no per-case fee, no fee split, and no recommendation for sale.
